How we handle the information you share with Ben-O Homes.
Information we collect
We collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, property location, project description and any files you upload with a brief. When you order from our shop we also collect a delivery address. We do not collect payment card details on this site.
How we use it
Your information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver projects, fulfil shop orders and — if you opt in — send occasional studio updates. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Files you upload
Photos, plans and inspiration images submitted with a project brief are stored in private storage and are only accessible to the Ben-O Homes team. They are used solely to scope and price your project.
Sharing
We share information only with the suppliers and installers working on your project, and only what they need to do their job. We may disclose information where required by Nigerian law.
Retention
Project briefs and order records are kept for as long as needed to service the project and meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
Cookies
This site uses only the storage necessary to keep your shopping cart and session working. We do not run advertising trackers.
