Terms & Conditions

The basis on which we quote, deliver projects and sell accessories.

Quotations

Written quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the scope agreed at the time of the site visit. Additional work discovered during preparation — hidden damp, structural cracking, extra coats — is quoted separately before it proceeds.

Payment

Project work typically runs on a deposit before mobilisation, a stage payment during the works and a balance on completion. Exact terms are stated in your quotation. Shop orders are payable in full before dispatch.

Access and site conditions

You agree to provide safe access, power and water for the duration of the works, and to clear or protect valuables. Delays caused by restricted access may affect the schedule and cost.

Timelines

Programme dates are estimates given in good faith. Weather, curing times, delivery delays and client-side changes can move them. We tell you as soon as a date is at risk.

Workmanship guarantee

Painting and finishing workmanship is guaranteed for twelve months from handover, subject to normal use and the condition report issued at completion. The guarantee excludes damage from building movement, water ingress from other sources, and third-party alterations.

Shop orders and delivery

Décor accessories are dispatched after payment confirmation and delivered nationwide in Nigeria. Delivery timelines are advised at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Unused accessories in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for exchange or refund, less return delivery costs. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

Intellectual property

Design drawings, schemes and specifications remain the intellectual property of Ben-O Homes. We may photograph completed work for our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
